JOURNEY MAP
Scenario
You were hired as a freelancer to do some user research and design for an airline flight deals website (competitors are Kayak and Expedia). As part of the design process, you need to dive into the user experience of finding and securing a discount flight. You'll be looking for pain points, opportunities, and touch points.
Task
Create a journey map for the process of buying an airline flight through a deals app. You'll want to use other research methods such as user interviews or diary studies to gather data. Then you'll use the journey map to show what you've found.

EMPATHY MAP
Scenario
You're a UX designer for a video call company. You're the only designer on a small team. You and your team have general ideas about who uses your app, but haven't done any real research or gotten into specifics. You need something that will help everyone have a more accurate and empathetic understanding of your users.
Task
Choose a specific type of person with a particular reason for using a video calling app. Make an empathy map for the type of user you've selected.
What I did?
I began by identifying potential audiences, then I prepared a series of questions for the specific audience that I selected -- remote workers who uses videocalls in their work -- With the insights that I gathered from the interview, I created this empathy map.

HEURISTIC EVALUATION
Scenario
The objective is to pinpoint areas for enhancement, ensuring a delightful learning experience on the Coursera platform.
Task
Conduct a heuristic evaluation of the Coursera Discussion Board on the Coursera website.
What I did?
As part of the user experience research course of University of Michigan, I took this assignment. Starting with an exploration of the website's layout and navigation, I identified the issues. Then, I created a detailed report with visual documentation of errors and problems, contributing to the user experience.

Gamified Meal Tracker App
This application simplifies meal logging with features like barcode scanning, engaging users through gamification elements such as badges and challenges. It promotes easy meal tracking and supports fitness goals. Users can visualize their progress through graphics and connect with friends for shared achievements.
What I did?
Here, I crafted a user flow for a calorie counter app, Users log meals, set personalized weight goals, and engage with gamification elements. With a focus on user engagement and health-conscious functionalities, the app provides a rewarding experience for individuals striving for a healthier lifestyle.
